Re: Triumph TR25W

ive a c15 one but its worn and could probably do with a rebore . altrnatively, if you have a barrel thats on max oversize for bsa pistons, you can bore them further to take the piston out of a t100 triumph which is higher compression and about 265cc and gives a useful power increase.

Re: Cleaning tanks

well not neceessarily. any water wont be diluted by the fuel you put in. water will just sit at thee bottom of the tank under thee fueluntil it either gets dragged through the carbs or else it rusts away the inside of thee tank and lets itself out. unfortunately, with modern ethanol fuels, water vap...

Re: Cleaning tanks

just drop in one of them microfibre cloths or even a jaycloth or bit of old toweling. once youve removed the bulk of it, a couple of hours sat in a sunny conservatory will dry it fully. if its already off, check that the little drain pipe from the filler cap recess is clear or else it will fill with...

Re: bsa c15 very tight budget build!!

aye, it still runs (although it still jumps out of gear, new camplate ready for fitting when ive time) the lad who was looking after it repainted the guards a much nicer shade of green and did a couple of welded repars to cracks in the tinware. generally, its come home nicer than it went out. but, t...
