Re: bsa c15 very tight budget build!!

yet another update on the old c15, having had a play with it and a littlee ride, its got a few issues that ive neever rectified and probably the reeasons for it never really being used. so, in no particular order, the suspension is truly terrible, very bouncy and poorly damped. not helped by the bra...

Re: Converting to regulated/rectifier

you can buy a cheap 5 wire reg rc from china for about a tenner. you just take the three alternator outputs and connect to the three yellow inputs on the reg rec, then the red wire to the battery live and the black to the battery earth or straight to the frame. and its that simple.

Re: Triumph TR25W

ive a c15 one but its worn and could probably do with a rebore . altrnatively, if you have a barrel thats on max oversize for bsa pistons, you can bore them further to take the piston out of a t100 triumph which is higher compression and about 265cc and gives a useful power increase.

Re: bsa c15 very tight budget build!!

did some small rebuilding in the garage to make mor and better storage, i built a pair of large shelves in the corner, on top are all the wm20 spares (thats a different story) and underneath are two very forlorn 1940's military wm20s in a shocking state but almost all there, and, the c15, battery of...

Re: Bigger 3TA?

im sure its doable but think i will leave it as it is. the little triumph motor does seem quite sweet and smooth like it is, i cant see how any tuning is going to improve it for the way i will ride it. i just wondered if there was an off the shelf mod for it, but its probably going to be a lot of wo...
