Re: Stolen?

If its stolen then the police can have it its just a cheap frame.

I only realised the plate was missing when I saw the holes for the pop rivets and compared it to my other fully legal tomos.

Stolen?

Is there a way I can check if a bike frame has been stolen.

I am suspicious about a tomos a3k frame I recently aquired as someone has removed the dealers plate wich had the chasis number on the side.

It still has a chasis number which I wanted to check.

Thanks

Re: So - What's the worst bodge you've seen - or done ?

I wired a moped with a 6V square battery sellotaped to the rear rack and then ran speaker wire to the back and front lighs attaching the wires to the battery using moulton candle wax. The wire joints were twisted together and then taped with masking tape and paperclips held the wires to the headligh...

Re: Suzuki T305 advice.

Ok slow it down.

How about a nice bantam or maybe a cd175?

Honestly half the fun is in the tinkering. Also rember you are limmited to 33bhp for two years after taking you test (presuming you are under 19).
