hense my comments on the lever clearance , this was a know fault on the t595/955 bikes , lack of play and holding the master cyl in , a quick file , to give perhaps 0.5mm , solved this , if you are using a "bitsa" lever/cyl settup , then check this before going on and wasting time

simular problem recently whilst doing my 2hose settup t595 , and previously with the enfield bullet disk settup** . bike cyls give a lot less fluid than car ones and you struggle to get fluid thru there is so much air and lack of fluid , that the cyl cannot compress the air enough. hint/tip 1 , only...

no vat or inport duties from a EU country , just the registration at dvla (£55 ?)

paperwork is of importance when doing this

this applies to EU countries (vat thingy) , not the USA or other unsocialable countries (athough I worry about france)

sorry not a jap wireing man , however on older brit bikes we use a capacitor in place of the battery , like this

this to an extent removes the pulses , and to an extent stops the lights pulsing off and on
