Hi to you, sorry I'm a bit behind but don't call here much these days, I don't think I can do much but second the good advice of others.

Re: Cheap 5ta crank

take him a bottle of wine instead. he will probably appreciate it more. Unless he's not a drinker like me. If you list stuff at a low start you usually take the consequences. I'll as kit I did once round something up to a tenner for someone though as I felt sorry for them. I'd not do that these day...

Re: Oil Additives

I would agree additives are usually a waste of money, the only one I ever used was the one Honda did for the V engines on my VT250. If I still had it I doubt I'd be using that, assuming it's still available. Nowadays it's semi synthetic 10/40 on everything and not bike either but the cheapest car s...

Re: Honda CL175K6 1972 in the back yard.

Been riding bikes since 1981 and I would think I'm a keeper, but adding it up my breakdown is as follows Owned 10 bikes Kept 3 sold 5 Stolen 1 Destroyed itself 1 (sold for parts) If the stolen one wasn't, I would still have it. That was my first Bonnie, bought in 1983 as a snotty nosed 18yr old. St...

Possible, but always a hard thing to do, even with the Superdream which I'm not that attached to.

Re: Cleaning tanks

Might be worth using a hair drier maybe although it could take some time. I have dried tanks out but usually just by leaving with the cap off somewhere warm for a long time.

Re: Honda CL175K6 1972 in the back yard.

The CL still languishes although my income has increased greatly since April when I started my part time job at Draganfly most of that goes into the pot here and of course my expenses have increased. Finally all my bikes are here, shortly to be joined by my big brothers CD200TB, the only way forward...

Re: Another newbie

Welcome, belatedly. Looks like a nice bike, and yes there are indeed those of us on here who have only ever had Japanese bikes although despite my name I no longer work with Honda parts but with Ariel BSA and Triumph (Meriden)
