Well, last weekend actually. The C15 has gone!!! :D :D . The funny side was that the person sent by the purchaser to pick it up was an ex RAC patrolman. He said "I know you and that bike. Didn't you break down on the Uttoxeter Road. He was right - but it was 10 years ago! How's that for a memory. I ...

Re: What did you do Today

well, yesterday
Nearly sold the C15. The bloke has been phoning since before Christmas, phoned on Saturday, offered me a price which I said I'd accept (tho' less than I wanted) He came, looked at it, fiddled a bit then said no! Rats, I was just about to order a party or something.

Re: 6v clock bulbs, where to get them ?

you could also try Paul Goff on http//.norbsa02.freeuk.com. He certainly has a large range of different bulbs for all uses. You should be able to find his phone number from his web site and then phone him.

Re: Crank balancing

You could try a firm in Hanley, Stoke on Trent called Allards Staffs Ltd, Ephraim St , Hanley. Their phone number is 01782 266441. They've not done balancing for me but they have done reboring and also replacing a big end including regrinding crankshafts. They mostly deal with engines for HGVs . You...

Re: Breakdown cover

The price doesn't vary for 1 or 5 vehicles. It is not the same as having normal vehicle insurance which includes breakdow...
