Steadfast Cycles... Good or Bad, here's my first experience

Had a good experience with a company/ebay seller? Found a handy website? Post a link, with a description here. Need to know where to mend wax cotton jackets? (ahem...) Spares for your Bantam? If you can't find it here, post a request.

Steadfast Cycles... Good or Bad, here's my first experience

I ordered about 300US$ worth of parts on 17th, the next day the sent me a request for the shipping costs, that was OK as international shipping is calculated automatically.
I immediately made the payment of 30$
now a week later they sent me a reminder to pay 30$ shipping.
I have sent two emails pointing out that the payment was made on 18th.

I also requested that they provide me a tracking ID, else it will never turn up.

I will give them another couple of hours before I start sending, not so polite emails at them.

Has anybody else had experience of these guys http://www.steadfastcycles.com/

I will give my full impression when/if my stuff ever turns up.

Now that my parts have finally arrived, I can say that they did get the order right, and the value on the package was much less than actual price, so no duty was to be paid. The time it took to arrive was entirely due to Mexican postal service operating a one mule system.
I would recommend Steadfast Cycles I am happy with the service :) in fact I am happy to get any kind of service in Mexico.
