Some may remember that I posted about the possibility of a Blue Plaque being put up to commemorate "Ixion" http://www.classicbikeforum.co.uk/viewt ... ion#p35124" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Well, the time has come, tomorrow to be precise.
There will be a gathering of vintage bikes at St. Barnabas Church, Sea Road Bexhill, East Sussex at 10am tomorrow May 8th, and the plaque will be unveiled at 2pm. It's easy enough to find, get to the railway station (TN40 1EB) and you are in Sea Road; the church is down the road towards the sea and on the left.
If you see a hairy critter in railway uniform looking rather furtive, it'll be me, having sneaked out of work at the station for a quick look......bloody sunday working, shouldn't be allowed..... :roll:
