Ah, by 11:00 I was well on my way to the Ponderosa, atop the Horseshoe Pass. The queue at the Raven was far too long for my liking. From there it was a trip to Bala, then over Hellfire Pass and on to the seaside. One ice cream later and we were back on our way to Lake Vyrnwy before heading home via the Long Mynd. 270 miles of BSA B31 fun.
