If it is your intention to use the forum to rustle up a bit of skirt Gus may I suggest you change your avatar.

Why ?
That's me looking at my 'scrubbed up' best !

Perhaps I should have the photo retaken with my new Davida helmet and goggles.

Whereas I'm unsure whether McNuts avatar indicates watersports or bukkake marathon  :? :o

I feel I must tell you that my Crispy Spicy Szechuan Pork is absolutely bloody delicious !
I roasted it in a hot oven, over a trivet of hot water, so the crackling is really crispy, while the meat is moist and tender.
When I've made it before I've eaten it with a sweet chilli dipping sauce, but today I am having it with some Habanero Chilli and Apple Jelly.
I am a Culinary Genius !
Masterchef ?
Pah !

I see you made it to the best bit of the forum !

I recommend the Riggwelter tonight.
Mainly because you can have it in the Steak and Ale PIE as well !

Evevnin folks,

as its the first day of my retirement ( i hate the word redundancy ) all be it temporary, i'm buying. Mines a large grouse and ginger with a slice of lime pls.

Bang the tunes up a bit too, i right fancy a mad monday.

Started the bike for the first time in about nine weeks too. with a bit of encouragement it eventually fired, warmed up and begged me to tax it again, so i'll be off to the post office tomorrow.

Also, now i'm seriously watching the pennies, i managed to reduce the c*r insurance by......£850.00!!!!!!!!! yes that's right, and to top it off i've clearly bin getting ripped off for the past two years :x :x :x
