Still struggling with those Youtube tags Velton !
Tip : if you go back to your last post that works properly and click 'edit' you'll see the [yt] tags that Hazel used when she Rockerated it.

In the meantime, here's the original version of a song covered later by The Bangles, I prefer this one :

That said, this is a pretty feisty performance by The Bangles :

If you're still awake then there's a couple of 'Rockumentaries' you might like - 'Lemmy - The Movie' is on BBC4 right now, followed by 'Thin Lizzy - Bad Reputation'
If you're asleep then you can probably catch them on iPlayer.

Recorded the Lemmy film a few months ago. Watched 10mins of it then deleted. I thought it was gratuitous shit, although I still listen to his stuff. As I posted in the past the Motorhead version of Sex Pistols God Save the Queen is my musical Nirvana

I Sky+'d the Thin Lizzy and went to watch it today only to see recording failed. Seems in a drink induced haze I unplugged the TV set ho hum

Anyway happy Hogmanay and a Guid Ne'erday folks

I saw this on Jool's Hootenanny tonight - and thought :
What does that remind me of ?

Once I'd dredged it up from my booze addled memory banks it was bloody obvious.
Anyone else able to work it out ?
Answer later on today or tomorrow, when I get around to it.
Clue - They were one of the most hyped bands of the time, and flopped badly.
