CB900 BolDor fuel problem

Has your Voskhod broke again? Suffering dodgy Italian electrics? Post your tales of woe here. Or ask odd questions about the rear wheel spacer on a Vincent Black Widow, should it take your fancy.

CB900 BolDor fuel problem

Unread post by LarsWJ » Tue Oct 17, 2017 2:34 pm

I have an odd problem with my CB 900 Bol Dor.
I have to have min. 6 liter off fuel in the tank for it to run properly. If i have less i runs random with 3 cyl.
I have tried to optimize the fuel line, with new fuel cock and short fuelline.

Anyone had the same problem?

I'd be looking at the pickup & if having low fuel means it's sucking air at times. Mind you I don't know these bikes at all.

Isn't 6ltrs nearly on reserve anyway?
