That is a very gallant effort, I wonder what the attitude would be for the CX if had Guzzi origins.

If it were a Guzzi ;
I'd still hate the lagging on the downpipes, the big hole through the middle, the way the seat (doesn't) sit, the sidemount number plate, the little clocks and their mountings.
The CX bits just add extra layers of Turdness.

Analysed to a tee,Gus. I am still warmed at the result though, best CX I've seen of late.

Its unfortunate that the poor old CX never really manages to make a really convincing cafe racer although these kits nearly hit the mark

The frame and tank are always 'wrong' and the bike always looks like a hunchbacked dwarf that ran full speed into a stone wall.

Then there is the wheels..... gawd.....

This guy does a decent job on a Virago though

You certainly can't polish a turd...but you can roll one in glitter...
