Maybe if you are 16, limited to a Twist'n'go and desperate to be a "Bro" or whatever..........

At least anyone putting that amount of effort into customising something so basic has a bit more idea than most of the dozy, suicidal tw*ts who regard their bikes as just a temporary convenience until they can get a car.

Personally, I wouldn't want to ride it, t.b.h. but there again there are lots of bikes of all sorts that don't appeal to me, choppers, trikes, sidecar-outfits and so on.
EDIT But mainly 2strokes!
Just being old doesn't make it a "Classic."
