Stolen-KTM Duke II
Stolen-KTM Duke II
Mate of mine has had the above stolen, orange/black KTM Duke II. Will post the area when he tells me.
Edit-Bike is in Loughborough area.
More edit-it has scorpion stainless steel exhausts, and a red bull can wrapped around the shock absorber (no, I've no idea either!)

Re: Stolen-KTM Duke II
OK, I'll ask him.
He caught the theives though-they tried nicking his mates bike. Called the police and got 3 of five. So they'll be let off on a technicality in a week...

saw this thread earlier on , and liked the red bull idea , had a friend who is a graphics shop owner , cut the red bull can logo on vynyl , they are now on the chrome shrouds of my rear shocks ,Hooli wrote:tis a common thing, no i dont understand either.Greenbat wrote: and a red bull can wrapped around the shock absorber (no, I've no idea either!)

Re: Stolen-KTM Duke II
its a common thing on 14s, cut the lid off the can & it just slides over the shock reservoir. cant see the point myself.

whats a "14s" , and come to think of it , whats a "shock reavoir?"Hooli wrote:its a common thing on 14s, cut the lid off the can & it just slides over the shock reservoir. cant see the point myself.
when I were a lad , we had proper shockers ,,

Re: Stolen-KTM Duke II
14 = GSX1400, its a 'suzuki'
shock reservoirs are the hangy down bit at the side on some shocks that contain extra oil so they dont over heat.
