Hi I'm Nick from Cheshire...looking forward getting to know the forum.

I'm 62 and bought my first ever bike 3 months ago...not even got a bike licence yet...OMG what have I done.

But starting the ball rolling soon with a CBT...I have lots to learn.

Its only old British bikes that interest me...so what bike to I have...a 1970 B175 Bantam...not everybody's cup of tea I know but I love the simplicity of it and I love 2 strokes.

Nick.

at the risk of it being a silly question, what will you ride to get your test?

even though the Bantam is below the 12bhp(?) learner limit, it still needs to be below 125 doesn't it?

or am I well out of touch?

You're right Dave, he'll need to do at least the A2 test to ride the Bantam.

Welcome fellow mechanical chicken owner. I suspect yours will be on the road before ours.

There is a setting in your "user control panel" preferences section to turn on reply notifications.
It's now turned on for you.
