Strange as it may seem I missed the forum, which was a good enough reason to set up a replacement.
Thank you to the many of you who have posted or PMed offering donations towards the cost of setting this up, the cost of the domain name for 2 years and hosting for 1 year only came to £65.99 which I was happy to pay.(It's worth it for the entertainment value of the forum).
We need to think carefully before setting up a donation scheme as judging by the number of you offering to contribute we would likely end up with a surplus, so we would need to consider in advance what would happen to surplus funds in this case.
