Love it all. I'ver often wondered if I could build something around a Honda diesel engine, no not car, one of the v-twin stationary engines. It would have to await a lottery win for me to have somewhere to do it and the time to do it in as well though, so never very likely. I liked to see these though, very interesting.

£350 for the engine on ebay , simple brackets/engine mountings to make (with sizes shown)

no major mods to the frame , in fact priceparts (uk) sell all the bits nessesarry to do the mod 100 miles on a litre of diesel?

go look at the mercedes smart car turbodiesel engine fitted in a hinkley triumph chassis, looks like it came from the factory like that, and modern performace along with mind boggling fuel consumption. its on the diesel bike forum.
