I thought it looked like an assortment of mismatched parts that made it vastly inferior to what the builder had started with. Ugly it is.

I don't mind that !
It's a bit out of proportion in places, but it's not significantly uglier than the bastard lovechild of a Jelly Mould and a Ford Sierra that it started life as.
