Arnt speed humps a pain on 2 wheels.

Unread post by nickjaxe » Tue May 24, 2016 5:49 pm

I'm a newish biker (63)...and have discovered the road humps/sleeping policemen are a real risk to 2 wheel riders.

On road that are not familiar these are easy to miss as I expect you all know.

Is there any evidence of accidents being caused by these PITA things.

I find them more annoying in cars to be honest, unless they are mid bend.

If your concerned about the safety of two wheelers on the U.K's roads and also legislation which negatively affects motorcycling then I recommend joining MAG, an effective pressure group acting in the interests of its members.

Don't know it that well if you didn't know about the humps ;)
