Tribsa Mongy.

Unread post by Tom Bates » Wed Aug 01, 2012 12:49 am

I had a Tribsa I called Mongy.
It was as it was when I bought it mainly to break it and make a Triton using the 6T motor. After using it I had so much fun I hadn't the heart to split it.
I was well upset when some scroat nicked it and burnt it out. Rather than claim on the insurance, loose the bike and probably get shafted ,I decided to rebuild the bike . These are before /burnt / and part rebuilt. I know it's not standard but it never was, what do you think??

That looks a nice job.
And I'm sure that hydraulic front disc will be a big improvement over that puny looking drum! 8-)
Just being old doesn't make it a "Classic."

Aaaah! Nostalgia is not what it used to be!
