BSA L32-3

Unread post by Grahame » Tue Jul 21, 2009 1:21 am

Having just cleared a lot of space in the garage I thought it was a good chance to put the different lumps of my 1932 BSA 350 single together to see how much was missing. There is a hell of a lot of work to do but most of the engine, primary drive, gearbox and rolling chassis are there.

Now the real work begins!

Not quite as tatty as my old Monza was

I've been out doing a bit more sorting out this evening, here are some more pics

The front end is complete, the engine turns over freely with some compression, the gearbox is pretty much all there as is the clutch and primary drive.
I'm going to sort through the rest of the bits in boxes and make a list of what is missing or knackered, then the painfully slow process of putting it together properly can start.
Does anybody out there have a 1930s 250 or 350 that I could get some dimensions from please?

We still have this lying around, a 1936 B2 250.
