It's a James.

Hang on.. what about the forks? The ones on 'my' (ha!) machine are much more fancy than that pic

Correct forks now, but badges say 'Norman' though in every other respect it lookes like the 'James'!

I'd guess £300 to £400.
Your fancy forks would make it newer than the one at Smiths.
James or Norman, looks like badge engineering to me.
